Can Do Payments Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all its forms within our business and supply chain. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement.

Our Business

Can Do Payments Ltd is a payment solutions provider registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 11701057). We provide card payment machines, EPOS systems, online payments, and merchant services to UK businesses. Our registered office is at The Technology Centre, Inward Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 3EN.

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We expect the same standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include technology providers, payment processing partners (including Elavon Merchant Services), hardware suppliers, and professional service providers. We conduct due diligence on all new suppliers and regularly review existing suppliers to ensure they comply with our values and legal requirements.

Our Policies

We operate a number of internal policies to ensure we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:

• Recruitment policy: We operate a robust recruitment process, including verifying the identity and right to work of all employees.
• Whistleblowing policy: We encourage all employees, customers, and suppliers to report concerns about any aspect of our business, including issues of modern slavery.
• Code of conduct: Our code sets out the actions and behaviour expected of employees when representing our business.

Due Diligence

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we undertake due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers and regularly review our existing supply chains. Our due diligence processes include evaluating modern slavery and human trafficking risks and building effective relationships with suppliers based on a mutual understanding of the importance of combating modern slavery.

Training

We ensure that all staff are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and are trained on how to identify and report concerns. Key staff involved in procurement and supplier management receive specific guidance.
